FEVRA is developed and published by DualFrame Studio LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how FEVRA and this website (fevra.app) collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using FEVRA or visiting this website, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
In the FEVRA app:
- We do not create user accounts or collect personal information during normal app use.
- We do not upload your videos to our servers. All recordings are processed and stored locally on your device.
- We collect anonymised crash reports and usage analytics to improve the app (see Analytics section below).
On this website:
- If you contact us via email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page) for security and diagnostics.
3. Camera & Microphone Access
FEVRA requests access to your camera and microphone solely to record video. This data is processed entirely on your device. No video or audio is transmitted to our servers without your explicit action (e.g. choosing to share a file).
4. Media Library Access
FEVRA requests access to your photo library to save recorded videos. We do not access, read, analyze, or transmit any existing photos or videos in your library.
5. Analytics
FEVRA may use Apple's privacy-preserving analytics framework to collect anonymised crash reports and aggregate usage statistics (e.g. feature usage counts). These reports contain no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked back to you. You can opt out in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions (FEVRA PRO, FEVRA STUDIO) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. For billing queries, please contact Apple Support.
7. Data Storage & Retention
Videos and recordings created in FEVRA are stored on your device only. We retain contact email correspondence for up to 2 years or until you request deletion. Server log data is retained for up to 90 days.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share data only when required by law or to protect the safety and security of our users.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@fevra.app. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
FEVRA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Cookies & Website Analytics
This website uses minimal, privacy-preserving analytics only. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
12. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect any personal data we hold. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of FEVRA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
